3679345 - Unsubscription of SAP Build Code get failed in BTP Cockpit

• Unsubscribe SAP Build Code, but it fails with error message: 
  Couldn't unsubscribe from SAP Build Code. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a support case using the component: CA-BLC.
  
  
• Reproduce the issue and collect HTTP trace as below KBA:
