• In the Manage Clock In/Clock Out monitor, "null" appears for all employees. 
• 'null' is shown in brackets next to the employee name in the search input.

SuccessFactors Time Tracking Clock In Clock Out

1. Navigate to the Manage Clock In Clock Out via Action Search.
2. Observe that the employee search displays as (null) for all employees:
   

The username is set as hidden

1. Search for "Platform Feature Settings" in the global header and click on it.
2. Disable the "Hide Username in the UI" option
   
   
   
   
3. Save.
