3679382 - Can user limit copying custom field value from source SOW to new SOW when using the Copy Statement of Work function?

Symptom

  • While using the 'Copy Statement of Work' function to create a new SOW, the old SOW Custom Field (CF) value is copied as well in the newly created SOW
  • Ideally, we would like to set the Copy Value from Source SOW flag of a CF to be 'Yes' because if we set is as 'No', the CF value from the initial revision will not carry forward to subsequent revisions
  • Is this an expected design or can we limit this while copying an SOW?
