Inspection plan is assigned to the inspection lot and sampling procedures are assigned to the characteristics. However, the sample size of the inspection lot is still 0.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Cause
All the characteristics in the inspection plan are maintained as "Optional".
The sample calculation takes into account only the "Required" characteristics. If all the characteristics are optional, the sample size cannot be calculated.
Resolution
Set at least one characteristic in the inspection plan as "Required".
