3679560 - DB6: Rebind fails with Package example: 'SYSIBMADM.<P1000000000>' of database '<SID>'' did not succeed to rebind.

Symptom

A db2rbind has been run following any of the following activities.

Db2 upgrade or fix pack.
Restore or Database move.
Invalid packages.
Parameter change.
Catalog or Statistics updates. 
Routine Maintenance. 

The db2rbind.log reports the following unsuccessful rebinds of objects similar to those in the example below. 

 

db2rbind.log
Package 'SYSIBMADM.P1000000000' of database '<SID>'' did not succeed to rebind. Unique ID = XXXXXXXX sqlcode = -2453; sqlerrmc = SYSIBMAD; sqlrrp = SQLRA157 
SQL2453N  Rebinding the package failed because the SQL object that generated the package
