3679575 - Form I-9 format and edition issues observed in the UI

Symptom

Here are a few issues observed with the generation of I-9 :

Issue 1: We see that number 4 is repeated twice on the I-9. Also, the line "If you check Item Number 4" is not aligned properly. 
    

Issue 2: Form I9 edition is maintained incorrectly. On the USCIS.gov website, the Edition is maintained as 01/20/25 but in our instance it is maintained as 08/01/23.
    

Issue 3: The e-signature and date are left justified instead of right. This is causing overlapping issues.
