3679643 - Internal users are redirected to SAP webpage from Careers - ICS

• Internal users are redirected to https://www.sap.com/products/hcm/recruiting-software.html when selecting the Internal Career Site (Careers) tab in SuccessFactors.
• The external career site is still accessible and does not redirect. User can use Employee Login here to have access to the internal career site.

Internal Career Site Builder - SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing 

1. Log in to the SuccessFactors environment.
2. Select the Careers tab.
3. Observe that the user is redirected to https://www.sap.com/products/hcm/recruiting-software.html instead of the expected internal career site powered by CSB.

Configuration issue: SuccessFactors instance has been migrated to Common Super Domain but the ICS configuration has not been updated to reflect the change.

What actions are customers required to take to ensure the expected workflow is restored?
With the CSD migration the IAS tenant changes from XXX.accounts.ondemand.com to XXX.accounts.cloud.sap 
Customers must therefore:

1. Set the new IAS Tenant Name in Career Site Builder > Settings > IDP Configuration.
2. Set the new IAS Tenant Name in Admin Center > Manage Service Provider Configuration for Identity Authentication Service (IAS).
3. Generate a new certificate in Career Site Builder > IDP Configuration.
4. Import the new certificate into the IAS console.
