3679672 - Factory calendar in work center is not considered for the inspection lot dates (QA197 - The start date of the inspection is not a valid workday)

Symptom

There are different factory calendars per plant and per work center. While creating / processing inspection lots, following message is triggered:

QA197 - The start date of the inspection is not a valid workday.

This message indicates that the plant level factory calendar is taken into account for the lot, and not the calendar for the work center.
