3679733 - [Resolved] SAP Analytics Cloud Add-in is not loading

SAC Excel Add-in worked before and this issue started from November 9. When trying to use SAP Analytics Cloud Add-in, it fails to load and generates an error like:
- "Error loading add-ins"
- "One or more add-ins failed to download a required resource" 
- "Add-in SAP Analytics Cloud failed to download a required resource"
It causes the SAC excel add-in disappeared intermittently.

Open Excel and try to log in SAP Analytics Cloud Excel Add-in.

The error was due to an issue during migration: IP addresses for a load balancer to our landing page resources were not resolved correctly.   

A fix has been delivered by the Development team. 
Please, clear the cache as described in step 5 of chapter "Tenant Configuration" or in the page "Clear the Office cache" from Microsoft.  
Then you can test again.
