3679790 - BizX header or dropdown list is missing in Learning Administration post 2H 2025 release

No dropdown list or BizX header is available for some users to navigate through SuccessFactors when on the Learning Administration screen post 2H 2025 Release.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Log into HCM >
2. Navigate to the Learning Administration page >
3. Observe that there is no dropdown list available to navigate back to other sections of SuccessFactors.

The issue happens when the user navigating to Learning Administration has a BizX user ID different than the Learning Admin ID. In this scenario, the users are able to navigate to Learning Administration because their Learning Admin records are related to their Learning User records through the 'Related User' field.

To find out the BizX user IDs, please proceed with an Employee Export in BizX. Please note that User ID and Username are different fields.

The same issue might happen when accessing Learning Administration while proxying a user.

For the mismatching IDs and proxy scenarios, our Engineering team has developed a code correction, which patch is scheduled to be applied within the b2511p5 release version, as per the schedule available at SAP SuccessFactors - Patch Details.

Workaround:

Correct the Users IDs so the Users LMS Admin ID, LMS User ID and BizX User ID match. This is best practice during setup, other features can also be affected by this mismatch.

Note:

Some Admins have matching IDs but still are missing the BizX dropdown and header while accessing Learning Administration. For this issue, another code correction will be provided, and it is scheduled to be applied within the b2511p6 release version, as per the schedule available at SAP SuccessFactors - Patch Details.
