JDM Old to New Sync job fails with the following error message: 

"contextError={ java.lang.RuntimeException: Not able to load the related EO for Object Type = CompetencyEntity and internal id = [xxxxx] }, formatError={  }"

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub 

1. Run JDM to JPB migration job (JDM Old to New Sync)
2. Go to Scheduled Job Manager and see that job is completed
3. Go to details and see that migration failed 
4. Download the error file 
5. The file contains error message: "contextError={ java.lang.RuntimeException: Not able to load the related EO for Object Type = CompetencyEntity and internal id = [xxxxx] }, formatError={  }"

Syncing issue

To solve this issue, follow below steps:

• Take note of the internalID you see in the error file 
• Go to Data Inspector tool and choose entity: Table_GENERIC_OBJECT_T 
• Add filter criteria: Internal ID - equals - add the internalID from the error file 
• Click Show Data
• In the result find the external code and take note of it 
• Go to Manage Data tool > Competency > add external code in the search > now you have the impacted competency 
• Go to Center of Capabilities and search for the impacted competency > resave without making any changes 
• Rerun JDM to JPB migration job (JDM Old to New Sync)
