3679800 - Custom KPI Card Displaying Undefined Value on Home Page

Symptom

You notice that, for specific counts in your custom KPI card within the home page, the label Undefined is displayed rather than the description.

Environment

SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Logon to your SAP Service Cloud Version 2 tenant.
  2. In the home page, see the custom KPI cards created.
  3. Notice that although most values display the description, a few values are displayed as Undefined.

Cause

In case this is a uncategorized value or count, then the label Undefined will be displayed.

Resolution

This would be a system designed behavior for the values which are uncategorized and which are added to the custom KPI cards.
