Symptom

For a Third Party Line item, Product Planning Details button is greyed out in Customer Demand.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Outbound Logistics work center.
  2. Go to Customer Demand view.
  3. Search for id XXX (where XXX is Sales Order id).
  4. Open the document and Navigate to line items.
  5. Select line item with Delivery Type "Third Party".
  6. Open Product Planning Details button is greyed out.

Cause

For Third-Party Line item, Product Planning Details button is always greyed out.

Resolution

This is the standard system behavior.
