3679810 - Output Parameter Determination app displays pre-delivered entries for countries not in scope - S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Pre-delivered entries for countries not in scope are displayed in the Output Parameter Determination app across all systems (development and test environments) and objects (billing documents, sales documents, purchase orders, etc.).

For example: Only Germany is in scope, but entries for other countries are visible.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Navigate to the Output Parameter Determination app in SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
2. Check the "Form Template" step in the app.
3. Observe pre-delivered entries for countries not in scope across multiple systems (development and test environments) and objects (billing documents, sales documents, purchase orders, etc.).

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud, the Output Parameter Determination (OPD) app comes with standard entries for multiple countries. These entries are delivered by design and cannot be removed in the backend.

1. Manually delete the unnecessary form templates maintained in the configuration activity "Assign Form Templates" (ID: 102313).
2. Remove the erroneous entries in the Output Parameter Determination app.
3. Activate the remaining entries relevant to the scope (e.g. Germany).
