Symptom
When users view their learning history, not all of their completion records are displayed. However, administrators can access all completion statuses through reports. This discrepancy occurs because the system does not distinguish between records with the same hours but different seconds, resulting in the exclusion of some completion records from the user's learning history.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
- Examine your learning history as a user and verify the course completion statuses.
- Access the learning admin site, and update the user's learning completion record for the same course and time with different completion status.
- Compare the course completion statuses shown in both the administrator's and user's reports for the identical course ID.
Cause
Based on testing, the system processes learning completion for the same item, user, and time as a single record, displaying only the latest completion status in the user's learning history.
Resolution
Our Engineering has investigated the scenario and the correction is planned to be delivered within the b2605 release version, as per the schedule available at Product Release & Road Map Information.
