3679832 - ORDER_ITEM_ID is not populated on PA_STUD_CPNT for class registrations

The PA_STUD_CPNT table does not populate the ORDER_ITEM_ID when the admin enrolls the user to a class

1. Register a user to a class with financial details as an admin >
2. Verify the PA_STUD_CPNT table to see that ORDER_ITEM_ID is not populated >
3. Verify the PA_ENROLL_SEAT table to see that ORDER_ITEM_ID is populated.

The Engineering Team has verified internally and they have stated that the PA_STUD_CPNT table will not populate the ORDER_ITEM_ID during class enrollment process, for scenarios in which the admin enrolls the user to the class without any previous association with the item.

 Since the transaction details will happen between the User and the Class in these cases, the ORDER_ITEM_ID will be populated in the PA_ENROLL_SEAT table instead.
