3679855 - Exclusion of obsolete global assignments from the employment switcher is not working

Previously, obsolete global assignments were listed in the employment switcher as Global Assignment - Inactive (Past).
But in the current release, with the exclusion of obsolete global assignments, the system should no longer display the obsolete records. However, obsolete global assignment records are still visible under the employment switcher.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Log in to the test instance with the provided company ID and support access;
2. Search for a user with a sample ID provided in the case;
3. Navigate to the employment switcher under the employee's name;
4. Observe that obsolete global assignment records are still visible under the employment switcher.

The solution of this issue is currently under investigation. Please follow this KBA for updates.
