3679873 - “Order to Cash Dashboard” app shows error messages or fails to load

When accessing the app "Order to Cash Dashboard" any of the error messages below appear:

• "It seems your profile is not configured for this system"
• "Your domain is not trusted. Please contact your system administrator."
• "It seems that you don't have an active account"

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Search for the app Order to Cash Dashboard in the Fiori Launchpad.
2. Open the app.
3. One of the following error messages is displayed:
   • It seems your profile is not configured for this system."
   • "Your domain is not trusted. Please contact your system administrator."
   • "It seems that you don't have an active account."

The issue may occur due to one or more of the following reasons:

• Missing scope item is not active.
• Authorization issue.
• Incorrect synchronization with SAP Analytics Cloud.

1. Check if the Scope Items 1BS (SAP Fiori Analytical Apps for Sales) and the 4B3 (Material Replenishment with Kanban – In-House Production) are active.
2. Check if the User has the business role BR_SALES_MANAGER assigned, it is not assign the business role to the user in the "Maintain Business Users" app.
3. If all the checks above are ok, follow the steps in the KBA 2978817 - It seems your profile is not configured for this system - Embedded Analytics not working in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition.
