Symptom

  • Error message displayed when user attempts to accept or reject a delegation request on the homepage
  • The issue occurs after the delegator edits the valid period of the delegation request.

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Delegator creates a delegation request for a specific user for a certain period, and the user accepts the delegated request for the performance form.
  2. Delegator edits the valid period of the same request.
  3. The user receives a reacceptance request on the home screen.
  4. When the user attempts to accept or reject the request, an error message appears on the screen.

Cause

This is a Known Issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 2511p5.
