3679898 - Unexpected error during outbound delivery creation via API API_OUTBOUND_DELIVERY_SRV

• When the API_OUTBOUND_DELIVERY_SRV_0002 is called to generate an OBD against an STO, the system first checks for the existence of the provided document number in the VBAK table (Sales Order data). 
  If the document number is found in the VBAK table, the system processes it as a Sales Order. 
  If the document number is not present in VBAK, the system checks the EKKO table (Purchase Order data) to determine if it is an STO. 
• The API_OUTBOUND_DELIVERY_SRV_0002 does not provide an explicit input parameter to determine if the preceding document is a Sales Order or an STO.
