3679918 - [Joule in SuccessFactors] Tips for HR Policy Q&A Contextualization

SF Customer Admin can manually call the DGS (Document Grounding Service) APIs to sync the docs and doc metadata defined the MDG UI to DGS (i.e. at the end of the Manage Document Grounding configuration work per Adding Metadata to Your HR Policy Documents), rather than wait for at most 24 hours to get the metadata sync done in the backend.
