3679919 - ASE Time Since Last Database Dump shows blank - SAP ASE for Business Suite

Symptom

  • The "Full DB dump" metric of managed system appears gray, whereas the "Transaction dump" metric appears green in Solution Manager.
  • The date of the most recent full backup was not displayed in the "ASE Time Since Last Database Dump" of managed system.
  • When running the sp_dump_history "list", the backup log for the successfully completed operation was displayed.
  • When checking DBAcockpit ->Backup and Recovery -> DataBase Dump history in managed system, the following error message was displayed. 
    [ASE Error SQL11283]External file access is not enabled or not licensed
