3679957 - Approval Card Cancel button does not function in browser version on mobile devices

• The issue impacts the Cancel button appearing on Approval Cards when opening the dropdown for accept or decline options
• The issue only occurs on mobile devices in browser mode
• The 'Cancel' button does not function as expected, clicking on it does not close the pop-up window

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Use a mobile device (e.g., iPhone or Android).
2. Open SAP SuccessFactors using the browser, not the mobile app.
3. Scroll down to the 'Approvals' section or open My Learning and navigate to the 'Requests for Me' section
4. Click on the dropdown on any Approval Card to display accept / decline options.
5. Observe that the 'Cancel' option does not function when clicked.

• A code correction has been created to address the functionality of the 'Cancel' button. It is planned to be delivered in the 1H2026 release.
