Symptom

In the developer traces (dev_wXX trace files), entries like these can be found:

N *** ERROR => RSEC: Record "</xx_xx/...>" has KeyID "<xxxxxxxxx_xxxxxxx_<SID>_xxxxxxxxx> " which does not exist in SecStoreFS [rsecxdb.c ...]
N {root-id=...}_{conn-id=...}_1
N RSEC: RSecDReadItemEx(</xx_xx/...>) [buffered, legacy key file shortcut] == -15. Re-trying unbuffered and without legacy key file shortcut.
N *** ERROR => RSEC: Error code -15 occurred for identifier "</xx_xx/...>", (client independent) [rsecxdb.c ...]
M *** ERROR => LocFunc_ReadKeyFromDB(): Error in function: 'RSecDReadItem()' (errorcode=-15) [sntxxhmac.c ...]
