3680014 - Hardcoded buttons "Create" and "Cancel" are not translated into other languages in Mass Data Management

• "Create" and "Cancel" buttons in the Mass Data Management functionality are not translated into other languages instead display their labels in English only.
• The issue occurs when creating a Mass change for metadata objects such as Position.
• The labels for these buttons cannot be adjusted via the 'Manage Languages' feature.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

Prerequisite:

Enabling multiple languages is required

Steps:

1. Current language is English
2. Navigate to 'Mass Change Management'.
3. Click on the button 'Create'.
4. In the popup, observe the buttons 'Create' and 'Cancel'  displaying English labels 
5. Now Change the language to Dutch/French etc.
6. Repeat steps 2 & 3
7. In the popup screen, observe the buttons 'Create' and 'Cancel', which are still displayed in English and not translated as per selected language.

• Engineering team has created a code correction request and plans to address it in the 2026 release, although this is not yet confirmed.
