3680078 - Auto-Complete NHA Feature not Triggering Associated NHA Notifications

Symptom

Upon activating Automate Manager Completion of New Hire Tasks, tasks are auto-completed but the notification is not sent.
Emails such as "(ONB) New Welcome Message Added" and "(ONB) Prepare for First Day updated" are not triggered for auto-completed tasks.
If tasks are completed manually, the associated email notifications are triggered as expected.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

Reproducing the Issue

Enable the Auto Complete feature for New Hire Activities (e.g., Welcome Message).
Initiate onboarding for a candidate that includes auto-complete tasks in the program.
Complete New Hire Data Review (NHDR).
Trigger New Hire Activities (NHA).
Verify that the "Write Welcome Message" task is auto-completed.
Check if the email notification "(ONB) New Welcome Message Added" is sent to notify the user about the task completion.
Observe that no email notification is sent for the auto-completed task.
Manually complete the task for a candidate.
Verify that the email notification "(ONB) New Welcome Message Added" is triggered for the manually completed task.
