• Unable to delete Sales Quotes
• Error messages;

        - The item can't be deleted due to the status of the document.

        - The header can't be deleted due to the status.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to the Sales work center
2. Go to the Sales Quote view
3. Select a Sales Quote
4. Click Delete icon

Result: Unable to delete the Sales Quote due to error messages.

Status of Sales Quote is Completed. The status is set by Won, Lost, Converted to Sales Order or Cancelled.

This is the standard behavior of the system.
