You notice that your SAP system can't connect to HANA DB although the DB is up and running.
Refer to the trans.log you can see the error message similar as below:
RSecSSFs: SSFS-4218: Record with key "DB_CONNECT/DEFAULT_DB_USER" not found in secure storage [/bas/754_REL/src/krn/rsec/rsecssfs.c 4620]
