3680151 - Purchase requisition is created for stock item in IW31 in SAP S/4HANA system

Symptom

  • You have materials which are preferred to use for external procurement and are used as individual requirements.
    (Material master data: MRP 2 view: BESKZ = F; MRP 4 view: SBDKZ = 1)
  • If you have maintained a task list with these materials, by assigning the task list for these components the special stock indicator is automatically set and a Purchase Requisition is created.
  • In component overview, if you manually add these materials as stock item, system is asking by manual assignment that if a PR should be created.
