Symptom
- Users encounter the following error message when attempting to open a calendar event via a direct URL:
- "The event couldn't be opened. It may have been deleted, or you may be unable to view it because you aren't assigned to a role."
- This calendar event can be accessed successfully by another user.
- Admin users may also experience this error.
