3680178 - Error "You cannot delete this as actuals have been posted (0.000 H)" when trying to delete project resource assignment

• Unable to delete a resource assignment with historical actuals
• A wrong timesheet entry was initially posted and later fully reversed, resulting in 0.000 hours of actuals.
• Issue occurs while attempting to delete the work package resource assignment in the teams tab of a customer project.
• The system does not allow deletion of the assignment and displays the error: "You cannot delete this as actuals have been posted (0.000 H)."

S/4HANA Public Cloud

1. Select Plan Customer Project app.
2. Find and Open the project.
3. Navigate to the Teams tab.
4. Locate the work package.
5. Select Edit and attempt to Delete the resource assignment.
6. Observe the error: "You cannot delete this as actuals have been posted (0.000 H)."

• Actuals are posted or posting reversal has been performed for the assigned resource.
• The intended deletion is not allowed due to system restrictions.

This is the currently intended system behaviour. For enhancement requests, create an influence request via the customer influence portal to address this requirement.
