3680180 - Incorrect username displayed in old profile after Rehire with New Employment cancellation - Onboarding

In the Latest People Profile (PPX), Rehire with New Employment (RONE) profile will no longer be displayed in the same page with the old profile as a second section, but will create a new profile page.

After triggering Rehire with New Employment for the inactive employee and subsequently cancelling the process with the new user id purged, the old profile displays incorrect username information from the purged user.

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding

1. Trigger Rehire with New Employment (RONE) for the inactive employee (e.g. Name=REHIRE TEST, user id & username=1234)
2. RONE candidate is created (e.g. user id=5678)
3. Cancel RONE process > username for RONE candidate 5678 is updated to format e.g. "5678_abcd" (valid=d)
4. Purge user id 5678 via DRTM Master Data Purge > confirm the user id 5678 is no longer searchable in the global search bar or Data Inspector
5. Go back to old profile 1234
6. See the data display as "REHIRE TEST (5678_abcd)" even if the user id and username is still 1234 in Data Inspector > Table_USERS_SYSINFO

It's an expected behavior in the Latest People Profile (PPX):

The value displayed in "()" behind employee's name is the LoginName (Data Inspector > Table_USERS_SYSINFO > Username) instead of the username (Data Inspector > Table_USERS_SYSINFO > Username).

Even if the RONE profile is purged, the LoginName will not get reverted back to previous value.

Modify the LoginName value manually in Admin Center > Manage Login Accounts.
