3680198 - Spain ES_WHT_DCL_M190 report display documents from previous FY incorrectly - SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

Report ES_WHT_DCL_M190 display documents from previous FY however in 'Run Statutory Reports' app, in 'Selection Criteria for Withholding Tax Declaration Modelo 190' the Reporting Date is selected to current FY. 

SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition

1. Enter app 'Run Statutory Reports'.
2. Select Withholding Tax Declaration ES_WHT_DCL_M190.
3. In 'Selection Criteria for Withholding Tax Declaration Modelo 190' enter Company Code and Reporting Date as FY 2025 (01/01/2025 - 31/12/2025).
4. Specify whether to select open invoices or not (0 or 1).
5. Filter the report by Supplier.
6. Observe that document is displayed in the report, despite being posted in fiscal year 2024.

The 'Withholding Tax Reporting Date' is not activated in Configuration Activity 105376. 

If 'Withholding Tax Reporting Date' is not activated, the system is using the clearing date of the invoice as reporting date.

Activate 'Withholding Tax Reporting Date' as posting date or document date. Once it is activated, the reporting date will be filled either with posting date or document date in the document. Once the reporting date is active, you can use the 'Display Journal Entries' app to see the date included in the relevant journal entries.
