3680239 - Country values missing in the External Career Site Filters - Recruiting Marketing

Symptom

  • Denmark is not visible in the dropdown list of the country filter in the external career site.
  • Denmark appears in the dropdown list only after being typed into the search bar.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to the external career site.
  2. Open the dropdown list for the country filter.
  3. Observe that few country value is missing. 

Cause

Limit Search by Locale or Show Picklist Values for all Locales is not enabled.

Resolution

Enabled both of the options :" Limit Search by Locale " and " Show Picklist Values for all Locales " in CSB Appearance ->  Global -> Search.

Also - only the countries where the Job requisition exits will only be displayed in the filter picklist.
