3680240 - SE92_TRANSFER | Nothing happens when trying to upload event definitions

T-Code SE92_TRANSFER will be used to import an SAL event definition into the system. After choosing the Upload radio button the "Execute"-button will be pressed but nothing happens and the upload of the event definition is not possible.
