3680277 - Unloading permission not received after message 'Inspection Required - Office of Destination'

When ending a transit procedure, a notification is not sent to SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) or SAP Extended Warehouse Management (SAP EWM)
if no unloading permission is received.

For example.

• In the event of a control by customs (Message IE061) on the arrival of a transit procedure, the unloading permission (Message IE043) is not received which contains the data of the declaration for the follow on conformity check.
• So the activity for the arrival notification is not closed automatically due to the missing message IE043 and the message IE025 cannot be posted as it is not part of that activity.
