3680373 - IDoc Processing Fails with Error: "Relationship impossible - Object does not exist/is not active" during HR Data Transfer

Symptom

When processing HR master data via IDoc, the system reports status 52 with the error message:
"Relationship starting from 01P impossible - 01CP does not exist/is not active."
This typically occurs during the transfer of HRP1001 (P > CP relationship) information from an external payroll system to SAP S/4HANA / SAP ERP.
