In decentral EWM system, a header usage decision was posted for the ERP inspection lot, but the EWM inspection document did not get updated with the decision. The inspection document status remained QI02 QI11 (or QI02 QI10). There is no stuck queue in SMQ2 for the inspection document to post the decision.
