Symptom

  • Some actions lead to screen freeze in WEBGUI, specially when it would lead to a message popup
  • Console log from the affected user displays the error: "lightspeed.js:1 *** ITS *** : Exception in onUpdate of >> pageTypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'getCustomData') (LS:Error)."
