3680429 - error HTTP 500 – internal server error when accessing SAP Business One mobile service URL

Symptom

When configuring the SAP Mobile Sales App on versions prior to SAP 10.0 FP2208, the following error message is displayed when attempting to access the URL link of the mobile service: "HTTP 500 – Internal Server Error - SAML2MetadataTrustedIdP.getSingleSignOnEndpoints() of a null object loaded from local variable 'provider'."
