Symptom
The tax-relevant documents along with some non-tax reporting relevant documents are available in Manage Tax Items for Legal Reporting application as per the default mandatory filters.
Environment
SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition
Reproducing the Issue
- Open Run Statutory Reports app.
- Provide the Report name.
- Open any Reporting Tasks.
- Open Manage Tax Items activity
Cause
Non-tax reporting relevant documents are available in Manage Tax Items for Legal Reporting application, because there is no filter based on Document Status(BKPF-BSTAT).
Resolution
- The tax-relevant documents along with some non-tax reporting relevant documents are available in Manage Tax Items for Legal Reporting application as per the default mandatory filters. An additional filter is applied based on Document Status(BKPF-BSTAT) from 2602 release onwards, to filter out the non-tax reporting relevant documents.
