3680442 - Manager is not searchable during Hire - Employee Central

Employee are not selectable in Manager field within Job Information during Hire.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

1. Navigate to any Hire screen (e.g. Add New Employee, Manage Pending Hires, etc);
2. Fill in the required fields until reaching to Job Information;
3. Search by employee X in Manager field;
4. No results were retrieved.

Employee has no Employment Details maintained.

1. Navigate to Import Employee Data > Download Employment Details import file;
2. Fill in the file > Import it.

Employee will be only selectable on Hire screens after Employment Details are added. 

Note: it is recommended to have all the below HRIS Elements maintained for all users to avoid inconsistencies.
