3680443 - Failure to create master encryption key with HSM - SAP ASE

• After configuring ASE for HSM External Keystore
• Creating the ‘master’ encryption key in the user database fails, but no client error is returned
• The ASE errorlog prints messages indicating a HSM lib is not available
• The library name depends on the 3rd party HSM product used, this is an example:
  
  Unable to load PKCS#11 library: '/sybase/ase/ASE-16_0/lib/libCryptoki2_64.so', errno = 0.
  Loading failed: /sybase/ase/ASE-16_0/lib/libCryptoki2_64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
