Symptom

You want to hide the Subject field when raising a ticket in Ask HR.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Ask HR - Employee Central Service Center (ECSC)

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open SuccessFactors Instance.
  2. Click the Ask Hr Button.
  3. Hide the Subject Field.

Cause

NA

Resolution

  1. As confirmed with the Engineering team, it is not possible to hide the Subject field in Ask HR.
  2. Only priority and the category are possible to hide
