Symptom
You want to hide the Subject field when raising a ticket in Ask HR.
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite
Ask HR - Employee Central Service Center (ECSC)
Reproducing the Issue
- Open SuccessFactors Instance.
- Click the Ask Hr Button.
- Hide the Subject Field.
Cause
NA
Resolution
- As confirmed with the Engineering team, it is not possible to hide the Subject field in Ask HR.
- Only priority and the category are possible to hide
