3680518 - Email Recipients Not Correctly Determined from Distribution List - S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Email recipients are not identified correctly from the distribution list. Therefore, emails are not sent to the required mailboxes (e.g. Purchase Order emails).

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Use the "Monitor Email Transmissions" app to observe email transmissions (e.g. Purchase Orders).
2. Identify output items where email recipients are not being correctly identified from the distribution list.
3. Verify that emails are not being sent to the required mailboxes.

The distribution list must be explicitly allowed to be used by external sender systems.

1. Access the Office 365 admin portal.
2. Modify the settings to explicitly allow the distribution list to be used by external sender systems.
3. Verify that emails are sent correctly to all recipients from the distribution list.
