Symptom

Some Quick Actions Are Missing After "Enabling the Latest Home Page Experience" in "Company System and Logo Settings".
When the Latest Home Page Experience is disabled and the legacy home page is being used, the quick actions are visible again.
When the Latest Home Page Experience is enabled, the following quick actions are not visible: View My Profile, View Org Chart, View Report Center, etc.

Reproducing the Issue

Navigate to the Home Page.
Observe that the some quick actions such as View My Profile, View Org Chart, View Report Center, etc are not visible.

Cause

This behavior aligns with the design introduced in the 2H 2025 release - Help Portal - Changes Included in the Latest Home Page Experience

Resolution

As mentioned in the help guide Changes Included in the Latest Home Page Experience, specifically under No duplication of navigation menu: In the latest home page experience, Quick Links that duplicate existing navigation menu items are no longer included. Quick action tiles in the legacy experience aren't converted to quick links if they duplicate functionality that's available in the main navigation menu. It's a design decision to not have redundant top-level module navigations as default Quick Links, when they also exist in module picker.
Example:
In the legacy home page, there was a quick action tile for “Org Chart.” Since the Org Chart can also be accessed directly from the main navigation menu, this quick action tile was not included in the latest experience.

Now there is a clear separation of actions and links:

"Quick actions" are actions that you can complete without leaving the home page and they're displayed in a toolbar at the top of the page.

"Quick links" are links that take you to another page and they're displayed under the greeting message.

Example:
Learning Administration and Pending Workflows are some Quick links examples and appear under the greeting message, providing direct access to their respective pages.

NOTE:

As a workaround, customers have the option of using custom Quick Links to re-create any that is critical for their use cases.

The system allows up to 15 Quick Actions and Quick Links each.
