3680658 - 2H 2025 Release Issue - Rating scale descriptions not reflecting in PM forms when system language is other than English even in Legacy Form Experience

• Rating scale descriptions are not displayed on Performance Management (PM) forms for any language other than English, even though descriptions are defined in the Rating Scale tool for all languages used.
• The issue occurs in the legacy form experience.
• The issue is occurring after the b2511 release.

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

1. Log in to the instance and navigate to "Manage Template".
2. Cross-check the rating scale mapped to the section. Open the rating scale and verify that the rating scale descriptions are maintained for the desired language (e.g., Finnish).
3. Change the system locale language to the desired language (e.g., Finnish).
4. Proxy to the user and check the form associated with the rating scale.
5. Observe that the rating scale descriptions do not display in the selected language.
   
   
   
   
   
6. Change the system locale language to English US and observe that the rating scale descriptions display correctly.
   
   

This is a Known Issue.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed with the patch 2511p7 and the timelines are as below:

• 02 December, 2025 – Preview

• 04 December, 2025 – Production
