3680695 - AIF - Payload of the message GUID <GUID Number> could not be retrieved for proxy message

Symptom

In t-code /AIF/ERR or Fiori APP Message Monitoring, when click payload of a proxy message, error "Payload of the message GUID <GUID Number> could not be retrieved" happens.

In t-code /AIF/CUST -> SAP Application Interface Framework -> Interface Development -> Additional Interface Properties -> Specify Interface Engines, it is confirmed the persistence engine is Proxy or New Web Service.
