3680723 - Unable to activate Countries in Main Line same as Parallel Line in SAP Central Business Configuration

Symptom

Unable to select the Countries/Regions in the Main Line because these countries are already scoped and activated in the Parallel Line environment. System throws Error message: "You cannot select Country/Region because it is already in use in Parallel Project.
