3680734 - E-signature not triggered due to checkbox present in the in custom PDF form

• After following the steps mentioned in the blog: Common troubleshooting steps to identify and resol... - SAP Community , it was observed that there were no special characters or spaces in Document Template Mapping Preview. However, there was a check box configured in the form.
• E-Signature is not triggered when using placeholder in the custom PDF form. The placeholders associated with the checkbox has the valid values such as "Yes/No" or "Off" despite that, the candidate landed in the error.
• Status code 500 observed in Business Process Tile.
